The difference between the THCs...
D9 - This is the most well known variation of THC which occurs in high amounts in Marijuana. The human brain has receptors that fit D9 perfectly, making it more effective in smaller amounts.
This form of THC is regulated in Texas but is still available in edible form.
D8 - This is an unregulated, slight variation of D9. It does not fit into the receptors in your brain as well as D9 making it a more "mild" form of THC.
Available in edibles and vapes.
THCA - This form of THC is simply a precursor to D9. The flower is harvested early before it matures and the D9 fully develops. Once heat is applied however, the THCA finishes maturing and turns into D9.
THCA is not regulated in Texas and is essentially identical in flower form to dispensary products.
